Monthly Favourites #13 - April

It's that time of the month where I look back and share some of my fave things with you! Ranging from songs, TV and movies, to whatever lies in the random section!

Song
I have been listening to a lot of my 90's and 00's songs over the past 4 weeks, and after having an in depth discussion about who was better out of Spice Girls and Girls aloud (of 132 votes, 86% said Spice Girls!! #VivaForever) and I've been reliving my Spice Up Your Life years with this classic!

My favourite picture from this month has to be of Buckingham Palace! London was so hot and sunny out - plus super crowded as it was St.George's day, a Saturday AND the day before the London Marathon... Had a wonderful day and love this quick snap I got as we walked about!



TV Show
I have been so excited about the return of GOT season 6 that I was like a puppy while getting ready to watch it. I've never been so bouncy!! Last night was episode 2 which I have yet to see, but if it's anything like the opening of the season, then we are in for a treat. #JonSnowLives
Movie
Having watched the various trailers nearly a billion times this year, I was so excited to go and see this film on April 29th - aka release day here in the UK - and it was AMAZING. The fight scenes had been on the edge of my seat and there were funny moments here and there, albeit not as much as in AOU. And can we please talk about that helicopter scene and Chris Evan's biceps... HOLY MOLY, I nearly fangirled there and then in the cinema!!!

    Why has it been so long since I've listened to the Spice Girls!?!?!?! Don't get me wrong, I love Girls Aloud too but Spice Girls were the first girl band I ever got in to. That's tomorrow's playlist sorted haha! xx

      Enjoy the 90's throwback! I had some of their songs on my ipod when I first got one and over the years I've just never taken their songs off as I still love them! xx

    I've been so excited for Civil War for AGES and I was so happy when I watched it because I LOVED it! AOU disappointed me a bit, but I love Captain America and I'm glad they did so well with this film!

    And you're absolutely right about them biceps, omg.

    Spice Girls forever! I still haven seen Game Of Thrones, I've heard great things about it & it seems like a show I would enjoy but I have so little time in my hands atm if I start it I wont stop. I love the last photo seems so happy & you look beautiful.

    Finally I can read this post because yesterday I went to the cinema!! Civil Was is AMAZING !! I love it so much :) and in the helicopter scene I nudged my boyfriend and I said "have you see it?" Hahah. Also I love Spice Girls and all the 90s music (BSB, Five, *Nsync).
