Health & Fitness Planner

I've been getting a bit bad with my food and drink habits over the last year - and although I done a 30 day fizzy drink ban, I fell off that wagon and haven't managed to hop back on it. After browsing around Hobbycraft's locale store a few weeks ago, I found this Health Planner. For only £15, I thought it was a good price for what was inside, so I instantly purchased it.

The journal itself is a sturdy ring journal, with hard front and back covers. I love the colours of this, as it's nice and bright - plus the writing on the front isn't obvious for what's inside it. It has an elasticated silver band to keep it bound together - a touch I like, so it doesn't spring open in my bag. it also comes with 90 stickers at the front of the journal, so you can have a little bit of decoration for your pages.

The first page is a pretty standard one. You just fill out the details and the minimum goal you want to achieve, and the different percentages you'd like to get down to. I've blurred out my details for personal reasons, but I might show it one day when I hit the goal.

Inside you also have a:

  • Monthly targets page
  • Weekly check-in
  • Exercise Log
  • Event Planner
  • Weekly Meal Planner
  • Recipes
  • Notes

I can't see my using the events pages, as I don't plan on doing any marathons or fun-runs any time soon, but they're good for people who are working towards a target with smaller events. I love the weekly check in, as I can fill in my water and fruit intake for each day, to see where I can improve. My recipe pages are blank so far, as I'm not cooking anything from complete scratch, and if I do, it's something I know off by heart.

I've been doing this for 3 weeks now, and have lost just over 3lbs in weight, which I am really happy about.

Is this something you'd be interested in using to track your health and fitness? Let me know! Hope you have a great day and keep safe :)

    1. It's perfect of you're into all of that. I'm not so big on the exercise part, so that side is not used as much as the trackers! xx
